| We provide education and resources to people with brain injuries and their families in order to empower them to advocate for themselves. The program offers a self-advocacy workbook as well as free education workshops throughout Colorado.

| Senior Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) |
| Trained counselors offer information, counseling and assistance to people with Medicare on a wide range of Medicare and Medicaid, and Medigap matters, including, Medicare+Choice health plan options, long-term care insurance, claims and billing problem resolution, information and referral on public benefit programs for those with limited income and assets, and other health insurance benefit information. |

| Spina Bifida Association of Colorado |
| The SBACO was primarily formed as a support group for Colorado parents, family, and friends of children with Spina Bifida. Over the years, our organization has grown and expanded to include many adults with Spina Bifida as well. Assistance and information is also provided to people from Kansas, Nebraska, and Wyoming when they come to The Children's Hospital of Denver for clinics and treatment. |
